• A gift card transaction is used to view the transaction which is done by using a gift card.
  • Click on Gift card transaction from the Back office and you will be redirected to the Gift card transaction screen. Please refer to the below screenshot:
  • You will able to see the list of transactions using gift cards in tabular format.
  • You can Filter the transaction by From and To date also you can search the Campaign name(if the gift card has the name of the campaign), Gift card number, created date, remaining balance on a gift card, is assigned to a customer or not, duration, Is card used with details of the transaction.
  • If you want to export all the gift card transactions then click on the ‘Export’ button and all transactions of the gift card will be exported.
  • By clicking on the  icon you will see the transaction details like the date and time of the transaction, document(refers it is opening balance, top-up, and sales), invoice number, and amount.
  • There are two types of gift cards in the system one is a time-use gift card and the second is a multiple-use gift card.
  • Customers who purchase a one-time use gift card may only use it once.
  • In multiple-use gift card, you can top up the recharge for the gift card you just need to enter the gift card number and gift card amount and click on submit. Topup will get added to that customer gift card.
  • If the gift card is not sold or haven’t purchased anything using the gift card then a warning message with no transaction shows. Below is the screenshot for your reference:
  • If you want to delete the gift card then click on the ‘Delete’ icon it gets deleted. Keep on note that the gift card is only soft deleted means it is going to be inactivated.
